I have an American Bass SQ475 the fuses are 2x20 i have the gains set so at 4 ohms bridged i get 200x2 well it keeps blowing fuses and ive replaced the fuses several times today i dont know whats up i set my gains using a DMM and the fuses just keep going should i use larger fuses?like 25amp ones?

you short by like my grounds ? sorry i dont know it was loud as hell with the AAchaos 15 on a saz1500d in my trunk but this amp will just blow fuses on pure will

alright cool its a really short amount of wire so i should be able to find it, if thats it

also if thats not it should i just put in 25 amp fuses instead on just replacing my 20s all day?

Do not upgrade your stock amp fuses! They are already designed/sized to be 20% over the amps max power so you should not be blowing them.

Check the power/ground connections to make sure they aren't arcing.

If you are replacing the fuses constantly it won't be long before you fry the amp.

well i checked all the wire there are no shorts >

not sure what it is, im going to set my gains again and maybe that will fix my problem if not im dropping fault on my amplifier but i opened it once it first started blowing fuses and there was no visible damage anywhere.

any other suggestions on what my problem might be?
