Help getting a track off a mini DVD camcorder disk (convert?)

So i filmed a turkey before I shot him today on a DVD camcorder. It uses the mini-DVDs and I had to finalize the disc before I could watch it. I can put the mini DVD in my computers DVD drive and it shows up by chapters (which is from the time you press record til the time you stop).

My question is, how can i get one chapter converted into an uploadable form people can view??

When I explore the mini DVD, these are the files I see.

The IFO, BUP, and VOB file for number 7 are what I need into one easy to access video.

Any ideas?
