Help for a semi Newbie...

Okay here is the deal im gonna get this Sub

Its a Cerwin Vega 200 watt rms with Dual 2 Ohm Voice Coil.... Im having a problem with the Amp selection to make... Are their any suggestions? It would be greatly appreciated.... BTW Im not really looking to spend over $100... and thats why I might go with the Dual 4 ohm Cerwin! Im a kinda newbie but I want to get the most out of my sub!!
