Help finding 500rms 12'' subs

I am looking for two 12's 500rms each subwoofers

I want to have a good brand name

mtx,,kicker,,,,and so on.

but cant seem to find 500rms on the dot 12's

i dont see why it needs to be "on the dot"...

a couple of subs offhand that are near that are PG RSD 12's and Alpine Type-R 12's

Kicker CVRs could probably take that power as well if you are careful

and no to type R's had them before not worth the $$$

How much do you have to spend? You can over or under power most subs by a little bit if your not a dumbass about it.

theres no competition............... Alpine type r's own especially in a ported enclosure. My type r's sound good as **** only being pushed with 300 rms.

Okay, but there are so many different variables that all you are ever doing really is just getting in the ballpark anyway. Furthermore, the ratings on the subs are not precise. When is he last time you saw a sub rated for 527RMS?

Because of that, there is no reason to be that exacting when matching up. Just a heads up.

Are you OCD or something??? Because you are going through an awful lot of trouble to achieve exactly 1000rms, and you will be missing out on a lot of great choices in equipment by doing so.

And I wouldn't trade a Type-R for anything else in the same price range.
