HELP! enclosure volume

i recently bought a new subwoofer 12", 300 max, 150 rms. there is no suggested sub enclosure volume. so i decided to drop by here and ask the gurus.

how much would be the volume? the port size and length. thanx in advance!

I would go with a 2 cube box net with 1 4 inch port that is round that is 16 inches long.
