help....electrical problem???

about 4 days ago the inline fuse on the power wire blew. i replaced it but as soon as i turn the car on, the fuse blows? system consists of ED 9.1 at 1.3 ohms. fuse is 80amps and i've had it like that for a long time. Not sure whats going on, a short somewhere maybe? any input will be greatly appreciated.
