Help, Did i blow something?

Ok i was installing my new head unit, Pioneer DEH16. i was splicing the wires of the head unit to the wires of the adapter and i guess some wires hit each other and the head unit turne doff, i thoguht i blew something in it so i took it back and re-installed the brand new one, now that one wont work. is there something form the car i coudl o blown that wont let any head unit work or what? any help would be good

Check your fuses/fusebox... Radio, Acc. or something like that...

So its implied that the H/U was on while you were doing this? Dude, put the tools down and step away from the vehicle.
