Can someone design me a ported box for 2 12's that measures 30Wx14Hx20D

I have 3/4 MDF Board and need to know what size to cut each piece of wood and how long to make the ports etc... I want it tuned to about 30 Hertz. Can some one help?

I have 2 RF Series 1 subs drinking 200 watts a piece.
