on another forum (caraudioforum.com) i was going to trade my RF X7 amp for 2 JL 12w6v2's. we got the deal all worked out and we were going to trade straight up and ship out on the same day. well basically i sent the amp and he never sent the subs. anyone have any idea what to do? i live in michigan and he lives in kansas city,MO and i dont wanna go all the way out there. i have the address i sent the amp to, which i cant be positive is his, but he used teh same address to scam 2 other people at the same time on the same forum. i tried using the address to get a phone number but no luck.

Call the MO state police or KS local and tell them your story. See if they have an internet crimes division, if they dont...the FBI does and his scam was across state lines, therefor a federal crime.

Give them the details and see if they can help you. Report back what is done and we may have further advice.

EDIT: It may also help if you get all the scammed to do the same as you. That wy there is more an urgency to the officials.
