Help dc current offset falt

Ok so i have a kenwood touchscreen I have had it for a cupple years now. It started saying dc offset falt or somthing like that and wont let me do anything. I would reset it and it would work for a while. Now it won't do anythang when I reset it. I checked and the amp wasent turning on so I checked the remote wire wasent getting power. I checked the back of the head unit a d its not getting power out of there as well. I jumped the wire from the power to the remote and the amp turns on but still radio is froze with the dc thing on. Is my head unit bad or what I'm so lost any hell would be great
