help damping a rear wiper

anyone know how to stop a rear wiper motor/arm from rattling in a hatchback? I am usually pretty good at stopping rattles but this one just will not quit.

my buddy has an explorer, and he just got the whole rear window sealed by some window shop, stopped everything.

thanks, but I don't think you understood what I mean. the wiper motor arm and the linkages inside the hatch door are rattling badly

Take the whole thing out is what I would do. Who needs a rear wiper? Not like you can see out of the rearview mirror anyways. use your side mirrors.
