help connecting 2 amps together

I want to know how to hook to amps together for two different boxes.I have a set of 12'' kicker comps hooked to a kicker 250 amp bridged and I want to hook up another amp (rockwood 450? i think) to another set of 12''subs.(one is a Alpine type R and the other is a Pioneer comp) Is this possible with one power wire? Or should I figure out a different way.If I need to do something different I'd appreciate any suggestions.

wait, so you haved 2 kicker subs running on a kicker amp, and you want to add two subs, that are different brands and models, on a rockford amp? Interesting combo. You should be able to just wire it exactly the same as your other amp, except you will need a way to get your sub out RCA's to hit both amps.

ya just dont do it..run like one sub...trade ur amps..for like a 500 rms and run ur type r...it would be much louder then that set up if u made that even work

do yourself a favor...

Sell everything but the type R (if it's the older 300w version, sell it too). Buy a 2nd type R to match the one you already have. Build a quality enclosure, or have one built. Buy one quality amp to power it.

You're wasting your time with what you're doing, and you have enough 2nd rate gear to sell that it would add up to a decent set up, or close to it.

Thanks for some advice. But even if I got another type R and a better amp how could I hook them up.In other words how do you hook up 4 subs with two amps.I heard somewhere that I would need a distribution block to make two power wires.

I'm just trying to work with what I got.And the Alpine and pioneer combo was given to me along with the junk amp.The other matching subs were blown or something and he got rid of them leaving him with one of each.I was already thinking of getting rid of everything though cause an impound lot by my house has some w6's for like 150$
