help choosing hu

ok i am looking to spend a maximum of $200. i want to be able to adjust eq and fade subwoofer frequencies to the rear of the car. i want it to be capable of the following things the ones with a star next to them are amnditory the rest are optional.

* single DIN

*cd/mp3 player

dvdplayer

*subwoofer preamp outputs

*ipod capablitities

motorized face

*22watts rms

*am/fm radio

i was looking at the dual brand but after reading alot of info i came to the conclusiuon that they are total crap unless you get one for under $1. and the hu also has to have good frequencey response with a fairly low distortion rate. i know people probably post threads like this all the time so sorry in advance. also if you have a hu that matches any of the capabilities listed above and you are selling it shoot me a pm. thanks again,
