Help Choosing Components for my car

i have a 2007 subaru impreza sedan..... i got 5.25" speakers in the fronts and 4" in the rear... i already bought the image dynamics ctx 4" coaxial for the rear. i was looking at the Boston Acoustics SE50 components as well as the DLS RS5/RS5A components. both are very shallow mount. so cod fit in the speaker location without a fuss. which would be better sounding? Do anyone has any experience with any or both products............ thank you.

I have experience with Boston SE's. Great speakers for the money. They will take oodles of power too. I ran like 175wrms per side to SE 6.5s and they took it without a fuss. Got very loud and still stayed clear.

oh kool..... im wod be using a rockford fosgate punch 450.4 amplifier... rated 93x4 @ 4ohms...... so at 12 volts might be like 75x4 @ 4ohms. using the

pioneer deh-p7400HD head unit............................... should i dynamat my doors.... i jus wanna run the HU, 4 channel amp, and door speakers..... might put an 8" sub later..... prob the image dynamics IDv3 8".................. 350 rms, dual 4 0hms......... i have a rockford fosgate punch p300.1 amp to power it..... would i need a separate 7 band EQ....... to run this whole system........ or a separate 3 way crossover..... or can i use the HU alone..... its got 5 band graphic eq, HPF/LPF..... 3 (4 volts) RCA preamp outputs. Advanced sound retriever......... any advice?

kool. um how were your gains set? ........ also if you have your gains down all the way, do the speaker still gets all the rated power? i know it sounds like a stupid question.... im a novice as you can tell. like if i run an amp thats 100x4..... and my speakers are 50 rms each........... can i connect them and they would receive the 100 watts rms each, with the gains all the way down?
