Help Choosing An Amp

Im looking for an amp to power my two 12"s. heres the specs for my subs and heres the two amps im looking at. Im looking for the best bass possible. Im getting alpine 6x9's so i wont worry about the sound quality too much, just the best hit with the least amount of distortion. thanks
