help choosing an amp <-

hey - im a first time installer and i wanted to know if anyone couls help me choosing an amp for my new sub. my electrical theory is a bit rusty so anyway - my sub is a Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1D 350Watts RMS (175W per coil i guess)

so what is the best amp for this and how should i wire it?

kicker 400.1 is a good amp for a decent price.
