Help choosing amp for single cvr10 kicker!

I just bought a single 10" cvr DVC which im also not sure if rms limit is 350 0r 400. Amazon has its ratting at 50-400/ 200 per coil. Im on a budget but i would also want an amp with subsonic adjustment. I like low punchy bass. Please recommend a good reliable amp around $150ish if possible. Thank you.
