Help choosing a subs for Dodge Ram Truck!!!!

I've been thinking of getting this box for my Dodge Ram..

I really am at a loss for some subs to put in it. the mounting depth is 7 inches.

Any ideas?

And if you know some good subs what amp goes well with them

I'm trying to hit around 115-140db at around 2 ohms.

Also on a budget.. 300 tops

i have a MA 1000w amp layin around to i could use
