Help choosing a H/U!

I am looking for a head unit for my 2001 Cadillac Deville. I would like to go with a double din, but would also go for a nice flipout. Navigation is not necessary, and Ipod is a must. Front USB would be a huge plus too. Looking to stick with a decent brand...JVC, Clarion, Panasonic, Kenwood or maybe Alpine. The only thing that concerns me with Pioneer at all is the RCA issues. Any help is greatly appreciated guys, thanks! By the way my budget is gonna be less than $500 if that helps.

DD won't look right if you cut the pocket on the kit. they stick out funny.

just make sure you fine one with far enough tilt because the shifter will get in the way. like Kenwood.

i plan on trying to do this in the spring to mine but minus the woodgrain. most likey going to use Jvc because of the detactable face.

i recently just installed the clarion nx409 in my 08 f150 (double din). Its really nice. touch screen, i pod (usb: its on the back, but i just bought an extender and have it coming out the dash), dvd player, navigation, back up camera acceptible....etc. im really happy with it. found it on google shop for around $450. i would fully recomend this. if you have any questions just ask.
