Help choosing 6.5" Components

These will be going in an 03 F-150 STX and it already has like a stock 5x7component setup in the front and i was wanting to replace it with some 6.5's b/c i heard that these will fit with a little modding if any. I have about $260 and i will need an amp and components. Will you guys help me out. Im not looking for some really expensive components or anything just something thats better than crap. are those the speakers w/the kevlar looking cones? I heard something at CC in a room that actually sounded really good for coax...that mighta been them.

Ayrton- Where can you get those Alpines for under $200? The Pioneers will be like 160 shipped from sounddomain.com. I just heard that those Rev series comps were real good and clean and the best for like 175 and under. But if you and some people can back up the Alpines and tell me why and crap then im all for it.

There is a set in the classifieds now for $200 shipped....and they are NIB I believe. With a bit of haggling, I am sure you can get them for a bit less.

The Revs are nice, but you simply will not get a better set of Comps for under $200.

What would be a good 4-channel amp for these? Wait....would i only need a 2 channel amp if im only going to be using these and not my rear speakers since its a reg. cab truck? I just need an amp for under $120 or so.

You could probably find a refurb kicker amp on hifisoundconnection.com for under $120.
