Help! Capacitator? or Second Battery?

Im going to have about 3 amps probably about 800w each runnin to 6 subs, also so interior neon lighting. I have heard on here the capacitators are not good for much? Would a capacitator be in my best intrest or should i go for a second battery? Any advice on which i need and what to get would be really appreciated.

extra battery caps are just a waste of money

The cap will do *alittle*, but nowhere near what an extra batt will do. Also, a high output alternator couldnt hurt either
