Help building a nice setup for a truck

Hey guys! I just joined the forums for help on my journey, seeking to get the best audio setup for my truck that money can buy! (Well that my budget can buy...) I got a stock bose setup, that i'm tired of, because when me and my buddies roll around it's just not as fun... I have about 700$, i don't have much knowledge in car audio systems, but could this get a really nice system? I drive a 07 chevy silverado 2500hd ltz.

Yes i like sound quality, and i love bass. But overall i love my music loud
