Help building a blow-through in car

I have a 2005 malibu, I have never built a ported enclouser but here is what I want to do. I want to build a ported box for my TC2k and have the ports firing through the rear deck where the speakers were. The speakers holes in the rear deck are 6*9 holes so would it be possable to use like 2 6" ports? That and how in the hell do you find the tuning freq for round ports? I know for never building a ported box before this is a big task probally but ill try.

I dunno about doing the ports in the old 6x9 holes, it'd be hard to get them in there and putting it together with the box n' all, you might as well scratch that idea because it is not worth the trouble.
