What would be the best setup with the following subs and amp:

AMP: Lanzar 245Vibe

2 x 250 Watts RMS at 4 Ohms

2 x 500 Watts Max at 4 Ohms

1 x 1000 Watts Max at 4 Ohms Bridged

2 x 400 Watts at 2 Ohms

Electronic Crossover Network

Bass Boost Circuit

Bridgeable at 4 Ohms

2 Ohm Stereo Stable

Tri-Mode Capable

Frequency Response: 15 Hz-35 kHz

S/N Ratio: 90 dB

SUBS: 2 x Clarion SRW3081 12"

Max. Peak Music 500W

Continuous Power 250W

Nominal Impedance 4/8 Ohms

Are these the monster's you have ? They are dual 4ohm coils. So I would wire the coils for each sub individually in series for an 8ohm load per sub. Like this

Then wire both subs together in paralell. Like this
