Figured this was the place to be for help on these things. I've done hours of research but I still can't seem to figure out how to choose an amp according to the subwoofers. Anyways, I'm getting 2 P2D4-10 subs by Rockford Fosgate.. here are the specs..
10" subs
300W RMS (600 Max)
4 ohms
The mono, 2 channel, and 4 channel options are what screw me up. On one hand I think I should get a 2 channel but I've also seen people use mono amps, so it'll make me feel better if someone who knows what they are doing can point me in the right direction. I was thinking 300W x 2 at 4 ohms on a 2-channel amp, but thats probably wrong. If anyone has any specific brands or even amp models that they have found to be particularly good, let me know. Thanks.
