HELP!!! Amp advice

I have 2 Kicker S10L5 and am using my factory Bose system. I looked into switching units but with Onstar and XM Radio and a Bose system I have been told to stay with it because it just isn't cost effective to switch. What I need is 1 amp or possibly 2 amps. I am looking at the Kicker 1200.1 and the Sound stream Tarantula 880. Do I need a seperate amp to run my Bose speakers or will it sound good as is? Which amp do you prefer the Kicker 1200.1 at $450 or the Tarantula 880 at $350? I have an 03 Chevy 2500HD Crew Cab if this helps for info. Thanks for opinions.

I would go with the Kicker 1200.1 over the Tarantula.
