Yesterday my friend sent me a virus on accident. Alot of my freinds have had it and now i finally accidently clicked it and bam i got it. Now when im signed on aim it will start messging people on my list saying hi look at my new pics and theres a link. All i am worreid about is saving my 1600 songs off my ares. The file C:\Program Files\SBC Yahoo!\Connection Manager\IP Insight\ipin32.dll is a Adware threat.

it's been going around forever, so i switched to AIM triton. i have gotten it 2x, and it makes people mad lol. i had to go into the system32 file in safe mode and delete the bastard myself. it ate up norton's ***, so i uninstalled it and now have IU's tech department version of norton //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

So is this virus harmful? i deleted some of the virus today and my aim hasent freaked out on me yet. Waiting for that to happen. I was told some where that i can save the songs peremnatly on my computer. I am just very unsure on how to do this. Any of you else had this virus and got it rid of ?

I got that virus a year ago, someone on my buddy list sent a message saying "I cant believe I found pics of you" or something like that. Norton and Mcafee both couldnt delete it with their virus scanners, so I had to go in safe mode and run this program that you download from Norton that deleted it.
