Hi all, I'm planning a trip to America very soon and I thought it would be an excellent time to upgrade my system ( a lot cheaper to buy gear in the states //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif )
If someone could take a few minutes out to recommend some gear I would much appreciate it.
First off a pair of component speakers for around $150 max (the cheaper the better also is a help //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif ) - I listen to a wide array of music but mainly rock and drum and bass. I would like the speakers to handle some abuse, don't want some fragile crap.
Next up a sub- I hear RE audio are quiet popular? We can't easily get hold of that stuff in the UK as it's quiet expensive but seems quiet reasonable in the states? Again $150 max and also a cheaper option for around $100.
As regards amps, please suggest what you think would it in well for a budget system //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Thank you in advance
