help: 2 channels wont work, only noise and distortion.

hello, I'm searching for help about my amp i got a soundstream little wonder 4.500, and 2 are not working they are only making very loud noise and distortion no matter whats the volume no music sound at all just loud noise and distortion like a no signal radio station.

i don't know anything about amp electronics, but i have no problem learning or following a guide opening and playing around with it. please help.
