Looks like someone tried reconing/rebuilding using whatever parts they had lying around.

basket and surround are definitely odd ones, best bet in help identifying using those two. only thing that comes close to the surround is the paradigm prestige line.

i can't find anything on them, but they might be hifi/home theater woofer if nothing mobile applied pops up.
