I don't think you are understanding something. Just because a amp can provide xxx amount of power does not mean you have to xxx amount of power.

The closer any amp is being driven to its limits is harder on the amp.

What I am looking for is how much power for the speakers. Can the tweets take the same amount as the woofers?

Yes. But you will have to gain match because the tweeters have a higher efficiency than the woofers.

It's called level matching. You bring the output of the tweeters down to match the mids and start a gentle roll off as the frequancy increases.

You can do it by ear if you are good. Most use a RTA to see it.
