Heard from blocks away bass?

I'm looking for a setup where the bass is the heard from 1-2 blocks away kind of bass. Could I acomplish this with the following setup?

- (2) 12" Type R's (3,000w for pair)

- Alphasonik PMA1000HCA - Alphasonik 2 Ch. 3000 Watt Amplifier

- Decent door speakers

I could be wrong, but I do not think that the 12 alpine type r's can handle 1500w RMS daily.

i send mine 2-3kw daily at full tilt vol. you can smell them after about 1-1 1/2 min. so if you dont know what your doing i wouldnt reccomend it. but then again i doubt that that amp will send 1.5kw to each woofer so he should be fine

you can easily hear me, mark, or tommy from 2 blocks away.

To answer the original question, it totally depends on the install that you do. If its good then you may be very very happy with the result.

Gotta agree with that logic. I say get some free-air subs and mount them infinate baffle into your floorboards. Best tip I can give you coming direct from the uber leet street extreme 2 class: Use some bahns cause the chrome adds to the SPL.
