scam or not

the thing thats scareing me is that he has the same description for each sub hes selling....im clearing out my wearhouse yada yada yada
I don't find that unusual at all. If I'm selling a bunch of things that are similar I would use the same description.

It's true everyone has to start somewhere....and that makes it hard to tell when someone is a scam artist or not. I was lucky and my 3rd eBay transaction was as me as the seller on a $100+ item.

If you buy those Massives I would suggest you pay through PayPal and use a credit card as the funding source so you've got two layers of protection in place. The first obviously being through PayPal and (*knock on wood that this doesn't happen*) should something go wrong and PayPal doesn't take care of you then you can do a chargeback through your credit card company.

Not a bad price for those...I can understand you being leery of a brand-new eBayer with no history and no actual item pictures. I've gotten to where I won't deal with an eBay seller that uses stock inventory pictures only. If you aren't willing to show me the actual item I'd be buying then I'm not willing to spend my $$$ with you.

If you don't feel comfortable, then don't bid. You can email him and ask for a phone number. Maybe he'll give you one and you can call him and talk.

Well with paypal your usually covered in fraud when it comes to them...so i dont know its hard to tell
If something is shady to you, dont do it. Paypal isnt gonna do a hell of a lot for ya. Thinking like that could cost you some serious cash.

Watch out on those, all Massive Ive ever seen they like to crack around the center of the cone after around a month of use. One of my friends carcked within a couple of weeks and he had the lights hooked up and another friends a month or soo and he didnt have the lights hooked up.

and this has what to do with a potential scam?

lol.....send him an email asking about the subs....alot of questions...the more the better. ask for pics, and if u want to tlk to him a phone number...ask him to state specifically the condition of the speakers.
