I'm trying to gain a specific type of weight. Milk doesnt appeal to me. Whey protien isolate is usually what my main source of protein is/was, like someone else stated in this thread though some peoples skeletal/muscle structures just from the get go dont work the same as others.Then you aren't really trying to gain weight.

no you didnt say that but alot of people live of that stuff lol . i eat 2x your protein a day . yes i force my self to eat when im not hungry cause im body building . but i do it and it works.I didnt say it was. Yeah, you probably weigh 2x what I do though. I can only eat so much chicken or fish in a day.
