Health and fitness

To get back on topic I also lost 30lbs this summer with just diet. I almost blew out my knee was so close to a torn acl and mcl.

Oh, you're serious? I thought you were trolling. I think my dad's losing a little bit of weight, but he's not really taking the 'diet' part of it too seriously. He's pretty good about working out, but I don't think he wants to give up his food.
Is there protein in Mountain Dew? If not, I don't think @SourDeez is interested.
I usually try to consume my body weight in grams of protein daily. (160 grams) most of it being whey isolate

I think we need to start helping some of you guys become healthy in the car audio scene. Is any one even interested in how I lost 100lbs over 6 months and have 30-40 more to go? I can do a right up and help you guys get started to a victory of being healthy.
No, not in the slightest.
I lift..... 12 oz. at a time. :fyi: and @SourDeez ; you's a fat mofukka I seent it!
I wish. I've been trying to gain some weight for a couple years, I tried real hard around 2009-2010 and straight gave up after not gaining ****.

With how much beer I drink, food I eat I should be able to get bigger. I have been stuck at 155-160 for like 5 years

Eat as much protein as you can. Protein works wonders. The way you know you're getting a bit too much is you will get the mild shits. Once that happens, back off just a tad. I run close to 15 miles a week. Used to lift daily, but I wasn't seeing the results I expected in the 6 month period I was (my body isn't built like that I guess), so I focused more on being lean. I'll still go and lift a couple times a week, but it's a different program than the body-part-a-day program you want for straight lifting.
