He's pretty good about working out, but I don't think he wants to give up his food.To get back on topic I also lost 30lbs this summer with just diet. I almost blew out my knee was so close to a torn acl and mcl.
No, not in the slightest.I think we need to start helping some of you guys become healthy in the car audio scene. Is any one even interested in how I lost 100lbs over 6 months and have 30-40 more to go? I can do a right up and help you guys get started to a victory of being healthy.

this and drink alot of water its hard on your body processing super high amounts of protein not anythign serious but you need a HIGH water intake i eat 6k+ calories a day and eat 250-300 grams of protein a dayEat as much protein as you can. Protein works wonders. The way you know you're getting a bit too much is you will get the mild shits. Once that happens, back off just a tad. I run close to 15 miles a week. Used to lift daily, but I wasn't seeing the results I expected in the 6 month period I was (my body isn't built like that I guess), so I focused more on being lean. I'll still go and lift a couple times a week, but it's a different program than the body-part-a-day program you want for straight lifting.
