Alright here is a write up i have been saving i wont post pics of me because of yeah trolls.
Alright first things first I used to weigh 285 lbs 8 months ago. Since then i have lost 100 lbs and weigh 185 (Still have 30 lbs to go). I did this with next to no cardio also.
Losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise.
Basically i started off just thinking i can lose weight with exercise. It took me 1 month to realize that i can't. Also any type of exercise will work i personally prefer weight lifting and cardio to prevent loose skin issues. I currently have some lose skin and it make me look fatter then I am.
The routine i use to lift is:

The Diet I am on:
Intermittent fasting diet for fat loss, muscle gain and health
That guy is the master of intermittent fasting. It is cosuming anything with calories only in a 6-8 hour window a day. Basically as soon as you eat one calorie your window starts. So most people tend to not eat tell the afternoon and eat lunch and dinner only. Diet though is very simple calories in need to be less then the calories out. Veggies and protein are your best friend also. Not protein powder though.
To fight loose skin try to not lose more then 3lbs of weight a week.
