headunit stopped working

so i put in a new headunit today and i was messing with it and all of the sudden it just shut off. couldnt get it back on. all connections seem fine and the fuses are good.

Make sure no wires came out of any of your speakers. If any are touching a bare ground your HU will go into protect. That's just a suggestion, good luck.

you have a fuse relay under the hood?

did you check them?

what kind of HU anyways?

pioneer deh-pb5100ub. i was playing a 50hz through everything to set the gains on my amp and i was turning the volume up and it just turned off.

Clean the connectors between the faceplate and the actually HU module in the dash with alcohol pads or swabs. And try again.

Unplug the harness frpm the hu and plug it back in I've had that happen a few times.

Yes, unplug everything, and redo it, and give a go again.

i have already unplugged the HU harness like 30 times, i havent unplugged the others though ill try that tomorrow morning.
