Headunit/speaker problem

So Cal
sup guys..see if u guys can help me out.

i have 9855 running some diamond comps through a kenwood amp..

the problem is that when i turn on the headunit..it makes a popping noise and the speakers crakle..then it plays..this never happened before i dont know y its starting up now..my gains are set at 0 also..checked power/ground/rcas..
