Headunit>LOC?

My buddy told me not to use a LOC because his hit harder with his new headunit. Is this true or is he full of crap. I really dont have $150 to drop on a HU and my Grand cherokee HU is great. I am aware of the adjustments you can make with a HU. Info/Opinions please...

get a quality LOC and it'll be just as good... but a aftermarket HU will always sound better than most stock HU

yes, an LOC will work fine. Your subs wont hit any harder with a new deck

Just save up for a headunit...

If your planning on getting one in teh future, just save up and get one now, no point in putting it off...
