Yes you can if you have all the connectors in the rear of the stereo. There should be a bunch of rca connectors plugged in the back of it and if you donāt have them you can see if you can buy them but itās an old stereo so it will be hard to fined. There are a couple of options. You can use a marine bt unit. They come in the size of a hockey puck and can mount anywhere.
