Head unit plays FM radio but nothing else??

This happened the other day. I added a car launcher and when I tried to play an Mp3, use the nav or turn on a cd there is no sound? It worked before, uninstalled the, did a factory reset, no changes. Its a pretty good unit but no more app sounds and have no idea how to fix it??

I have a 03 Buick Rendezvous CXl with the door chine extra. Please help!! Thank you!
