Head Unit help

Ive narrowed my head unit down to one of these products,

the kenwood DNX5120

or the pioneer AVH-P4000

I wanted to get the avic-d3 but since the rebate is gone i dont see the point. Is this my best bet with these head units? im willing to spend up to 700. Any other units that you think would be better than that? Im open to suggestion

as for what i want, i have an ipod but would preferable just use a usb port so ipod intergration is not a HUGE deal. Im not really picky on the picture quality, it doesnt have to be hd or n e thing. And I plan on putting one or two subs in the back that i would have, of course a external amp(s) for. Down the road I want to put new components with an external amp, but for right now ill like with my bose speaker system.

Yhea Pioneer, there is also a Jensen HU with a 7" screen but I don't think it has navigation or a detachable face.

well, the avh 4000 doesnt have navigation, and as for a detachable face im not sure. and why not the kenwood?
