Head Unit Ground/Alternator Noise?

Hello everybody. I just put an active system together and my alternator noise is back. I think its the ground for the head unit because there is no noise when I turn the car off, or when I turn the head unit off. But there is no noise in my tweeters which are run off of the head unit directly, and everything else is run off of the amp. The noise stops when I take out the RCAs.

I tried a couple of different places behind the dash for the head unit ground, but it didn't improve. I even tried grounding it to one of the doors just to see what would happen and there was still noise.

Does this sound like a ground pronblem for the head unit?

If it is, where is a good place to ground the head unit? How could I fix this problem?

Thanks for the help
