i'm gettting my componet video cables for teh ps2 soon as that's my best picture output at this point and will get you pics soon. the HD DVR is coming soon i hope i've gotta get 12 shows out of my box, then clear out the new one's from this week lol.

i just bouht a brand new 42in HItachi plasma, and it is rediculous, best you can get right now. just make sure you get really good cables(monster 600 or 800) is you go that rought. try to stick with HDMI TO HDMI or DVI to HDMI cables.

hitachi plasma best you can get? i suppose it's a matter of opinion but i can think of 6 i'd take before it, for the price though they're good.

Here's a question about ps2's and DLP tv's such as mine..

I have normal cables and when I play it on my nice tv (I usually keep it up stairs on my 27") there is a small delay. The controller is not responsive AT ALL!!! I assumed because the PS2 is not made for hd tvs (my roommate hooks his Xbox on it and it works fine, the back of Xbox games say 720i compatible or something though)...

ANy thoughts?

ps2 works fine on different tv's..

Why does the Xbox work fine on it? I thought it might have something to do with the PS2 cables, but apparently I was wrong.

If you can afford plasma the PQ is the best. Dlp has rainbow effect and can make you feel dizzy and fatiging watching them. Dlp or any rear projection can not hang with plasma.

are you the type who thinks front projector sucks to. actually the only advatange plasma has is viewing angle thats it.
