having problem

i installed my pg xenon 6.5s in my doors about 3 months ago. recently one of the woofers has quit working and all i have on that side is a tweeter. i tested it all out and found out its not the xover or the amp so it has to be the individual woofer...everything should be under warranty, what should i do, just call pg and see about sending it in to get repaired and is this a common problem w/ these speakers. i bought them from sound domain so i have a warranty. thanks for all the help.
