i cracked mine first week of spring training last year. hurt like all hell, but i made due. it was the worst 6 weeks of my life.... but like already mentioned, you cant do anything for it except wait.. gl bro..

i got a football helmet to the chest in middle school cracked 2 suuuuuuuuuuuuucked horrible hurt non stop like super constant pain all the time never felt anybetter untill like 3 months later

I twisted a rib out of my back socket one time...the worst pain of my life! I was wrestling and got landed on by a guy off a picnic table...heard a snap and thought it broke. I could not breathe, move, sit up, lay down, or do anything! I had to go to physical therapy and take pain meds for a while.

ok ill break it down for you. he an his friend were having gay man buttsecks, he got ram rodded so hard he fell off the table, then his gay companion jumped on top of him an continued on, that in turn caused him to dislocate his rib from his spine or w/e/t/f he said....

You ever been drinking...alot at a party and everyone started wrestling/fighting? Well, one of those happened and I was knocked on the ground and the next thing I know my buddy comes crashing down on me(may have been his wife..I was trashed, don't really remember but they blame each other) from the top of a picnic table and it messed me up. I could not breath and could barely get up but I was still trying to toss people around and for the next 2 months or so it felt as if I was smacked in the ribs by a freight train.

My friend broke 3 last year...all seperately and in succession. One healed, break another, healed, break another. He had a rough year. Anyway, all you can do is just wait it out. He wrapped cloth around him tight to keep things in place if he accidentally moved a way he shouldn't. That's about all I can tell you.

I have never cracked a rib, but when I was wrestling in high school I had bruised ribs a lot, it's not the most comfortable thing. Sounds like they are just bruised, from what other people are saying if it was cracked you would know lol.
