Uhh anything connected to comp shocks me

Okay WHAT THE **** is going on here. I have my computer on my desk and anything connected to it (ipod, external harddrive and camera) whenever I touch the metal parts on ANY of them it shocks me! bad!! My external harddrive case is 100% metal so I almost killed myself trying to unplug it, my ipods back shocks me but not the front (obviously) and my camera does too..

Certain parts of the case shock me also, like the sides and front but not the top. What the **** is going on here

Nope I just figured it out. Well not really but I unplugged each cord and touched the case. Got shocked on all of them until I pulled out the MONITOR CORD.

Im baffled. This can't be good for my electronics.

Time for a new cord.. or monitor.

same thing happens to me but im electrical fyi lol.....i drag me feet on my carpet when i have my shoes on. it happens all the time

um....to bed? if your computer almost killed you i wouldn't try to use it at all.

No I mean it just felt good / death. I wanted to figure out what it was first. Restarted and it stopped. Everyonce in awhile I'd get shocked when unplugging my ipod and I could never figure out why. Now I know.. I think it has to do with my monitor cord receptacles being bent

hah the answer is easy. your computer isnt grounded properly...... try unplugging your pc from the wall and plugging it in a different socket, if possible a different wall socket aswell.
