have a problem..can someone help

starting yesterday, i turned on my truck and when i did my speaker went crazy and played some massive loud bass. I don't really know how to describe it. it also makes a loud "thump" noise when i turn my truck off. Is this a wiring problem or can anyone help me out. thanks

ok i have a pyle driver 1600W(i know its not the best hoping to upgrade next week) and 2 12" type R's. I re-wired everything today and it still made the noise.
