I have seen a thread in a Dodge forum where a guy put a double din into his dash using plastic epoxy, a jigsaw, and a sander. Was wondering if anyone here has done plastic work and could give any advice, as the thread simply had pictures, but not necessarily a "how-to" guide. I already have a Pioneer-3300, but being as the dash was not made to fit a double din, there are not any install kits available. Was thinking maybe just fabricating 2 brackets to hold the unit in place (one front, on rear) Here is the dash:

I would get a used one or 2 from pull a part and just experiment
I would have to agree, I've see most people just use normal fiberglass techniques to fabricate panels like this.

I use these and they work great. I splice them right before the LOC. One leg on the negative the other on the positive.
