Halp1 My video card is slow as molasses.

The video memory setting is fine. There is 64mb onboard vram, and another 192mb of your system ram being allocated to it. Personally, i would go through device manager and uninstall (if its vista make sure to check the box that says delete driver as well otherwise it will reinstall itself), and reinstall after u restart. I would try the newest driver first and if u are still having issues, repeat that last step again and try to original dell factory ones from their site. You could also try a system restore point as well. Try turning off aero effects in vista if they are enabled. That would be my way of troubleshooting it. Use that flash game with FPS counter in it after you try each thing as well and let us know the results

 
Dell bios' are F2. F12 is usually boot selector. I wouldn't worry about that jmanpc, like i said that setting is fine. it was more of a long shot really. Let me know if you want some help donig general cleanup as well.
